About the Role

The goal of this role is to provides logistical support to the community, including scheduling meetings, scheduling events, maintaining HR and accounting systems, and managing emails. Our community is growing rapidly, and the Administrative Assistant will help us keep up with this group by remaining highly organized and freeing up bandwidth for the executive team. The ideal candidate will be able to grow with the company and take on greater levels of responsibility as the team expands.

  • Organize events, including in-person member social events, Zoom-based expert panels, and the community-wide annual meeting

  • Schedule small group phone calls to evaluate investment opportunities, including both Long Angle community members and external partners

  • Maintain finances (expense and revenue tracking) using QuickBooks or similar software

  • Maintain HR and benefits systems, including ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Support executive team members on email correspondence, particularly for scheduling meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Organized and detail-oriented; planning and prioritization skills

  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude and willingness to take accountability

  • Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus

  • Comfortable using and learning new web-based software tools to streamline and coordinate daily tasks

  • Interest in being part of a hyper-growth entrepreneurial group; desire to grow personally and professionally and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Job Details

  • $50,000 / year salary

  • 12.5% target performance bonus (deferred compensation)

  • 100% 401(k) match, up to 10% of salary

  • Remote work anywhere in the US; salary is not dependent upon location; must have legal authorization to work in the US
